Privacy

What this site collects.

Almost nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies set by this site. The detail below covers the few cases where data is processed anyway.

Who operates this site

pex-t.com is operated by Celleva Inc., Suite #506, 656 Gwonyuldae-ro, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea 10654. For any privacy question, contact [email protected] or +82-31-967-4201.

What this site does not do

There are no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter signup and no e-commerce here. We do not run Google Analytics or any comparable analytics product, we use no advertising or retargeting pixels, and we set no cookies of our own. Nothing you do on this site is profiled or tracked by us.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs when a page is served: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user-agent and referring page. These are generated automatically by the web server, are used only to operate and secure the site, and are not combined with other information or used to identify individuals.

Links that leave this site

Product entries link to qr.pex-t.com, a separate subdomain we operate for product information, and the science pages cite external publishers. Following those links takes you off this website, where the operator’s own privacy terms apply.

If you contact us

When you email or telephone us, we process what you choose to send: typically your name, contact details, clinic or company, and the content of your enquiry. We use it to answer you and to manage any resulting commercial relationship, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for that purpose and for any applicable record-keeping obligation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. Residents of the Republic of Korea hold these rights under the Personal Information Protection Act; visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom hold equivalent rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If we add functionality that changes how data is handled, a contact form or analytics for example, we will update this page and revise the date below before that functionality goes live.
